Terms of Service

General Terms are outlined below, with specific clarifications for individual programs / services.
PARTICIPATION CONTRACT
Acceptance of following Terms of Agreement and Release from Liability is a requirement for participation in any service or product offered by Elinson Ventura through Awaken and Ascend LLC.
Nature of Relationship:
The Client(s) enters into this exchange with the understanding that the services and/or products provided by Elinson Ventura through Awaken and Ascend LLC include intuitive information only and the Client is responsible for creating his or her own decisions and results. During the time together, Elinson (mentor or guide) may give specific advice or suggestions; however, it is ultimately the Client’s responsibility for making his or her own decisions and determining the best course of action. Coaching and energy readings from Elinson Ventura are intended to provide insight on a spiritual level for making life improvements and are not intended to replace therapy or medical treatment or the Client’s own personal sense of what is right or wrong. The exchange is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of psychotherapy, but as Intuitive Coaching and Guidance. In the event that the Client feels the need for professional counseling or therapy, it is the responsibility of the Client to seek a licensed professional. Any referral the Client may receive to another person, product or company is done without endorsement or warranty. The Client understands that due to individual differences in commitment and participation, results they may achieve from Elinson Venturas’s services may differ from the results achieved by others. Elinson Ventura makes no express or implied warranties of any type or nature whatsoever with respect to such services.
Awakening & Ascending Together cannot and does not guarantee results with our information, offerings, coaching, tools, or strategies. You recognize and agree that nobody and nothing part of the Awakening & Ascending Together brand has made any implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future results or earnings, or that you will earn any money, with respect to your purchase of Awakening &Ascending programs, courses, trainings, coaching, or masterclasses, and that we have not authorized any such implication, promise, or representation by others. There are no guarantees of results or future earnings. Awakening & Ascending Together is, in no way, associated or in business with Facebook. This site is not sponsored by Facebook in any way. Facebook is a trademark of Meta, Inc.
Confidentiality:
Maintaining confidentiality and trust is essential in all exchanges. Information shared within any group is to be kept confidential, except in the case that Elinson Ventura reserves the right to disclose such information as she believes is reasonably necessary to protect a client’s personal safety, the personal safety of another person or as otherwise required by law. The Client agrees to preserve in strict confidence all confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information of Awaken and Ascend LLC or received from Awaken & Ascend LLC, whether or not marked «proprietary» or «confidential», and whether oral or written. All videos or audio recordings from sessions are the property of Awaken and Ascend LLC. Any information shared by the Client on social media is considered public information and the Coach will not be held liable for maintaining confidentiality of that information. Photographs and quotes shared by Elinson Ventura on social media are with the prior consent of those included in any images.
Release, Hold Harmless and Agreement Not to Sue:
The Client is free to reject any advice, suggestions, or requests made by Elinson Ventura at any time. The Client acknowledges that he/she is entering voluntarily into this Agreement with Elinson Ventura and hereby releases, holds harmless, and agrees not to sue her for any loss, damage, claim, action, liability, or demand whatsoever which may result, or fail to result, from the services delivered or decisions that the Client makes through the exchange.
Payments on Specific Programs:
In addition to the terms and conditions above, it is agreed upon that:

By my arrival for and participation in the services / sessions with Elinson Ventura via Awaken and Ascend LLC, I confirm that I have read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement and I willingly accept all of the points above, agreeing to the Release from Liability.
