The nature of energy and consciousness remains a mystery to human understanding. We exist within a tapestry where everything is interconnected, forming a grand design that encompasses both unity and individuality. As it is believed by many, we are the "micros of the macro." This signifies that we are in a continuous flow of energy, engaging in exchanges with every interaction we have with others and the world around us. During these interactions we create unique connections, a delicate thread of energy that can either uplift us or drain us, depending on the vibration of the energy exchange. These ethereal bonds are often referred to as etheric cords. In other occasions we create etheric hooks, and a variety of threads. We form these strong cords specially with other living beings, and this kind of threads have the potential to influence us the most. This is why it is important to consciously navigate the creation of these cords and do our best to remain focused on creating healthy cords. Healthy cords are nourishing cords and do not deplete us from our vital force. However, when these cords become entangled in emotions like fear, anger, hate, shame, guilt, remorse, or resentment, they can transform into energy that drains us instead. Think about it!
